Pricing

Choose the space your records need.

Two annual plans include every feature. Start with one person or organize records with your household, then add storage or users only when you need them.

Private preview is free. We do not request a payment method or start a subscription. The prices below are the annual plans for paid launch; preview is not a free trial.

Plan details

Billing, storage, and cancellation

How much room do the plans include?

Individual includes 10 GB and Household includes 100 GB. As a rough scale, 10 GB can hold about 10,000 one-megabyte PDFs before the small amount of space used to protect each file. High-resolution color scans use more room, so the exact number varies.

What happens if I reach my storage limit?

RecordWarden will not accept an upload that would put you over the limit. Everything already on file remains available. You can remove documents you no longer need or add 10 GB, up to 500 GB total. We do not automatically charge for or add extra storage.

Can I pay monthly?

No. Individual and Household are annual plans.

Is there a free trial?

No. Private preview is currently free because billing has not started; it is not a time-limited trial and will not silently convert into a paid subscription.

How does the 30-day money-back guarantee work?

At paid launch, your first base-plan purchase will have an unconditional 30-day money-back guarantee. Request it within 30 calendar days for a full refund; no reason is required. Add-ons bought with that first base plan are covered by the same window. It applies only once and does not restart for renewals, later add-ons, plan changes, or later purchases. A refund ends access immediately and starts deletion, so export anything you need before requesting it.

What happens if a paid subscription ends?

If payment ultimately fails or you cancel outside the guarantee, you cannot add or change records. For the next 14 days, you have read-only access to open, download, or export your files. After that, deletion begins. Encrypted recovery copies are kept in a restricted recovery quarantine for at least 35 days and are scheduled for deletion after that. They are not available through the app while quarantined. Resubscribe during the 14-day period to restore full access.

What is included?

Both plans include every record area, protection before upload, and checklists for documents that are on file or still need attention. Household includes access for up to five users. Add-ons only increase storage or the number of users.

Can I request higher limits?

If you need higher limits, a different household setup, or something the standard plans do not cover, contact us. We’ll learn what you need and tell you whether RecordWarden can support it.
